You know, gangplank is really the only champion with whom total crit works.

No other champion has a kit which enables anything near the same level as critplank: (Build is in order) item 3087 item 3158 item 3078 item 3046 item 3031 item 3031/item 3074 /item 3035

550 movement speed. 110 base 380AD 100% crit 220 spell blade damage 200 statick shiv damage Total damage: 980+200+220 = 1400 damage on a single Q. Just from bonus damages.

GP is the only champion i can think of who can use this, or similar, builds effectively. Maybe garen too, but Garen doesnt have a ranged nuke. To be clear, GP has: High enough base movement to juke effectively. Innate, crazy sustain. Innate cleanse Innate AD and % total MS buff a Q that procs on hit effects and can crit (While having 10 more damage than base AD) and an AoE slow that can be used from anywhere on the map.

Total critplank is something of a singularity; most champions share a powerful build with at least one other who uses it just as effectively. But, to my knowledge, total crit plank is more or less unique in that he is the ONLY champion who can use it effectively due to his innate speed and sustain.

yasuo though

Yasuo doesnt have sustain unless he buys a BT.

Yasuo also wastes extra crit past 100%, so getting all crit doesn't really work. He needs some crit, but not PD IE Tri and Shiv.

eh, I thought you meant having 100% crit as something practical, not buying ONLY crit items (in which case you should remove the /hydra/last whisper from your build)

I mean a build where it IS practical to buy 100% crit; GP is the only champion i know of who can do it and succeed without becoming a burden later on.

hm, you do realize that yasuo gets double crit chance from items, right? so with IE and shiv alone he already has 80% crit? He can very much quite easily get 100% crit chance and have enough room for other stuff like sustain and / or defensive items

Yes but unless he gets fed he doesnt DO much. And yasuo doesnt benefit from trininty force; GP does. TF is important to this build o-o'' It increases the damage by a great amount.

I do that build with pure crit damage runes sometimes. 2k damage qs at like 4 items in if you get a crit +shiv proc

When I play critplank, thats basically my build for him also lol. Except I get different boots and thats mobility boots because you get more kills from chasing :P

Gangplank W isn't an innate cleanse. Cleanse gets rid of cc and summoner spell debuffs, while W only gets rid of cc.

I've built almost the same thing on Caitlyn, swapped Tri for another PD and the last item was BT for sustain. Store up a headshot, and you have pretty much the same thing with 25 more range, and you threaten even more crit AA's on top of it. She doesn't have the same mobility though, and she doesn't get that built-in cleanse. But I have done the AA net Q ult "combo" and 100-0'd people GP style.

Nasus also has a similar crit Q combo(stacks don't crit, but 110 bonus damage does), but not ranged. He does have a slow that's pretty much a root though, and stacks mean even more damage if you can get in with a flash Q.

Also, not the same build certainly, but it's essentially the full AP Nidalee play pattern: insane mobility, spammable 100-0 nukes on squishies, and continuous sustain. Not point and click, but the range makes up for that a lot, as does Luden's Echo, the mage's Statikk Shiv on steroids. URF Karma was also almost this, but in real games she can't always have that shield and speed boost. Definitely easier to hit her nuke though.
