Hey guys, I'm going to try to do a YouTube video on the problem champions in patch 4.21. If you guys could share your feelings on who the OP champs are and the really underpowered ones too, it would be much appreciated. (>^-^)>

OP:
(so much snowball, tons of dashes, high damage)

(tons of AOE damage w/ ulti)
UP:
(he's just really lacking overall, can do well in some areas and in low ELO where people don't know how to counter him) 
(pretty good support with a good kit but I feel like he could use some buffs to his numbers)
(really lacks things that other junglers have, all he's got is a decent movement speed and his ulti)
most underpowered adc 
trash passive, Q needs some kinda rework maybe as well, and has a inexcusably low 325 move speed with such little disengaging potential
Here's some picks I think are interesting to talk about:
Causing problems:
is the same guy he's been forever. In the past two years, he's been the best jungler for all but a month or so because something hilariously broken came out. Amusing note: he's the only champion in the 10 most popular champions list that isn't a bot lane pick.
Nobody knows how to play her correctly yet, but she's still dominating games. For a champion with such a complex and interesting kit, this is a bad sign.
got a slight nerf tap, but he still trivializes the new jungle with his drain and wrecks faces with his targeted 2.5 second cc. Good thing so few players know how to play him, because he's a solo queue terror.
Having problems:
Someone needs to figure out what to do with Eve. Her stealth mechanic was designed when pinks were invisible and you could place as many as you like. Now pinks are one per player and she knows when she's spotted. She can't be good at anything else while her stealth is so impossible to counterplay.
He's an immobile ADC that isn't getting the benefits you're supposed to get from being immobile. Needs either awesome utility like Ashe or face-melting damage like Kog'Maw. Sure, he's got pretty solid poke, but Corki does that and has a huge escape move. Anyway, he's got a super healthy kit and he's fun to play, so why isn't he being buffed?
This is more of a "you know, this class of champions is kind of sucky" than any specific comment on the croc. He's suffering in top lane like almost every bruiser. He's probably doing better than any bruiser not named Irelia, but what used to be a lane bully is now cowering under turret and hoping that Lissandra won't abuse him too much.
Biggest problem be 
, his E has great damage, great escape, so much outplay potential, AND it's on a 8 sec CD at max rank....
