Patch 6.24 Garen Shred!?

Pants Are Dragon put up a video today where he talks about upcoming changes, one of them being Garen having armor shred on his spin-to-win E. He starts talking about Garen starting @6:25. So apparently 4 hits with the spin shreds 25% armor.

My issue with this is, if Garen gets armor shred they best buff my Wukong's armor shred! 10/15/20/25/30% is nothing compared to that 25% at all levels.

EDIT: Its cool, all these negatives till ya fucking see how stupid his dmg will be or how frequently he will be banned,.

because its not actually offensive?

1: im not calling anyone or a group of people out 2: its not directed at anyone 3: its something everyone says or has accidentally said in their life.

For example, you're a support player you go to ward a bush and the enemy jungler surprises you. "O FUCK" is something someone would shout.

The way you use words in a sentence can change their meaning completely and sometimes make them harmless. I do not understand why some people are so confused on why i get to keep my name. I've also talked with rioters both on forums and in game they don't care about my name.

o i promise you if my name gets taken away im going to make a 10+ page thread of all the actual offensive club names and summoner names and demand consistency.

I've seen so much klan references and i hate n words in league its actually awful.

The fact that you've had "the" cuss word in your name and it was able to be submitted is ridiculous. Your points don't matter. Kids frequent the forums and play this game. There's no legit reason why your name gets to slide by with no changes.

The fact that some club names get to be so offensive is an injustice. Your summoner name just took me aback. It's not near a big a deal as the amount of garbage I see in club names or summoner names that are objectively racist by using L33TSP34K like nobody will notice.

its just a really clever usage of a normally highly provocative word into a gesture that most people would laugh at.

What's the problem if kids frequent the forums? If they know the word they probably know it's meaning. Also, if they frequent a forum, they've probably been on that kind of a site already. It's the 21st century...

Garen does have to hit you with 4 ticks. Plus Wukong has a dash. Garen does not. Wukong is a Diver while Garen is a juggernaut. Plus Garen has underperformed forever. Wukong is ok iirc.

How long exactly would it take for him to get 4 ticks with his E? Is it 1 per 0.5 seconds or what? Wukong dash-Garen movs Speed buff with silence Wukong's shred lasts 3 seconds-Garens all levels shred lasts 6 seconds

"Run at them faster" isn't really a good engage. lol Which is kind of the point for Juggernauts.

His E is 5-10 spins over 3 seconds (based on level). So at level 16 or 18 I think. It's 3 per second.

Idk, this thread is like saying "Oh Garen in accounting got a promotion at work, that means MonkeyKing in sales therefor deserves a promotion as well." It's like they are two different people who are in different departments who do different things, yet if one thing happens to one, it must therefor happen to the other? I don't really follow
