Why is there a problem with the new GA?

Yes, it's now catering towards AD champions but it's still not good. 40 AD and 30 Armor is terrible and the passive is on a 5 minute cooldown. You are only buying it for a passive that will be useful once or twice late game or if you are incredibly fed during the mid game. So if the passive is on CD the item itself is pretty much a waste of space. Not only that it lost the MR it gave making the champions who buy it even easier to kill. So again, What's the problem with the new ?

its a 2400 gold item for one.. You get to invest in both Offensive and Defensive stats at the same time while also having a big ol' "dont focus me" sign on you in team fights.

It's kind of like old item 3748 back when it gave more AD.. Even still i think Titanic is insane but.. thats the general flaw behind it.

I see, but isn't that just what it does now? Except now you do more damage in exchange for tank stats which is a fair trade off imo.

We won't know till we play around with it on live to be fair.. But initial thought is if you're playing someone like riven for example.. And you get your BC/CDR boots or what ever for your 40% cdr and you are snowballing.. You can pick up an early GA and have your damage still scale while being less likely to give up your bounty gold.. YES it does a lot of the same things as before but now its a lot more viable on AD champions early game esp if they're snowballing.
