If Quinn's nerfs were reversed hypothetically speaking, would she be seeing consistent proplay right? I mean in MSI and future tournaments? Because after those nerfs it sames she was not picked at all. I saw a lot of games with RNG picking Quinn and with success etc. And OMG etc.
