How do you guys feel about Jungle Singed?
I feel Singed makes alot of sense in the jungle. The main thing holding him back is poor clear time. I'd like to see some bonus monster damage added to his kit to help facilitate his jg viability.

Also, his kit just isn't intended for jungling and is way to slow at clearing large monsters. Better to stick to toplane and just steal the odd raptor camp.
