Many/most can already 100-0 you at the start of the game.
can probably oneshot with W at that point, and his E is hell to deal with

you have to play their dancing game or you die, also you are not safe anywhere if you are low
not really a mage, but anyway

because a 6-item Karthus ult can single handedly win a teamfight.
**In duels (or just smaller scale fights): **
because if you get slept and someone doesn't block it, you're probably dead.
because a 6 item Veigar has like 1,200+ AP at that point and there's no way you're surviving that.

Veigar, Syndra or Zoe. they do alot of dmg already before reaching 6 items.
But well, the game normally ends by the time some get the 2nd to 4th item complete, so....
I personally dont know a 6 items karthus ulti yet (games ended before he got so far) but if it really is that powerful then he would be on the list too since that ulti hits everyone on map regardless the position.
He isn't scary because of full build as much as level 16. I've seen so many Kassadins feed like crazy and as soon as they hit level 16 they go legendary.
they all lack counterplay and output far too much damage. Also, they have an overwhelming amount of utility (apart from Vlad, who just has far too much sustain), which is the part I hate the most.
While we're on the topic, when are we going to get rid of Veigar's point and click R?

At that point he's got like 1200-1500 AP and will melt your face off, even if your a tank.
Don't forget
even at 2 items she makes people disappear.
: He can leave squishies with 1/4 health after 1 Q or W, might even one shot them. If he includes 
in his build, he can take down towers in a just a few seconds.
Veigar and Xerath are the two game breakers. One can 1 shot and the other has purely uninteractive "safe" 1 shot spam.
None of them need 6 items anyway.
