can we fix bug where enemies blink when they dash from FoW and brushes?

this has been a long time bug ever since the beginning of time. sometimes if a champion uses a dash like zac E. or xin E. or even sometimes reksai tunnel. you don't see shit until they hit you. you do not see the follow through animation at all.

am including this in gameplay because it seems like its becoming a "Feature" now

So this was why that Zac APPEARED ON TOP OF ME KILLING ME WITHOUT ME BEING ABLE TO SEE IT. Now i understand why i lost that ranked.

No but seriously,it happened to me last week,that pink zac appeared on me (while i saw his icon on the minimap at krugs,i was mid) and killed me. After that,the bug never happened again,but i got camped lol.

But yeah,this buggy feture should not exist.
