I would like the option to move my health bar around while its still tethered to me. Well that was a simple idea.
EDIT: I would like the option to put the health bar around me where ever I feel. I don't necessarily want it top or below. Sometimes I want it askew off to the right.

Occams Raiser1 votesI am the only one that sees the bar in the custom position. It would be effective cause my bar wouldn't overlap minion or enemy bars. You can toggle them on and off so Riot has thought ahead, just not far enough.

Dr Poro1 votesI don't think many people would use that... HP bar above the head is pretty conventional in all type of games where there is an HP bar.
Occams Raiser1 votesThis is the only game where you need to be concerned about last hitting. If they can be toggled off, someone thought that they might be in the way. I would like it even if the option was just top OR below champion.
