Mobility Boots are worthless now.
Boots of Swiftness are their closest competitor. Now, in combat Mobi boots give -40 MS and out of combat they give +40 (compared to Swiftness). But they were cheaper (now they're the same cost) and they don't have the slow resist passive that Swiftness does. Is there any reason to buy them any more?
