It's toxic and it's not at all fun to lane against her. Damaging the ADC in lane does NOTHING, shes healing back up to 1/4 of HP in the MIDGAME. All she has to do is heal, heal, heal and stay far away and no one dies. Its stiffling.

Have you ever seen an alistar with wind speakers? Constant aoe tanky buffs + heals... hehe you haven't seen anything :P
