Pain Train Sion

New skin for new Soon. Sion as a morbid train conductor. Wears a conductors's hat and has a steam furnace as his chest furnace, with smokestacks either out the back or shoulder. He wears goggles, overalls and uses a shovel as his weapon. He's got rivet metal plates on his shoulders. When he activates his ult, there is a steam hiss and a train whistle as soon screams down the lanes with an ominous chugga chugga chugga.
