So what if Riot bring back Revive but make it work like Zilean in a way

If you're dead, you can revive yourself back up any time before the death timer hits 0.....And then b ta bang b ta boom, you rise back up and fuck the whole enemy team up with full health and every thing. The best out play in history of League of Legends.

Like for how many years, have Riot not make a new competitive summoners spell

With new Summoners Spells, maybe gameplay would be alot different if there was more unique SS. Just saying cus these Summoners Spells are getting old, and some of them has become useless, especially for me cus I'm a Jungler, so I never run Ignite, Teleport, Heal, Exhaust, Cleanse, Clarity, or even Barrier

Guardian angel ? Basically, imagine if you have an hyper-carry (like Master Yi or Vayne), a Zilean mid / support. Teamfight starts, Master Yi plays like an autist, but has GA = revive once. He does another mistake, but still manage to deal tons of damage to the enemy carry and dies a second time. Zilean uses his ult. Now he killed the carry, but still dies to the other ones and uses Revive (the way you described it). He just finishes the fight by himself. It would be way too unbalanced. Old Revive was fun, I used to take it when necessary, very useful in end-game when the death-timer is too long and a lost team-fight meant (and still means, sadly) the end of the game.
