Best jungler who scales to teamfights that is livable early?
Ok after ww I'm looking for ANY jungler now. Amumu can't survive so no... Anyone else is fair game.

I once got a quadra with him in PvP and I'm a casual player. It's easy to get multi-kills with Rammus.

. Hug the enemy team with a W+Q+R+E combo.
Early game though, gank lanes with W+Q+E and you will make them cry. Sustain is solvable with pots that may put you a slight bit behind. Not a lot though.
