I feel like some days you are going to lose no matter what

Like.....I'll win like 6 out of 7 matches with Aatrox, and then the next day I play a few games...and my ping is the same as it always is..but for some reason the game feels sluggish...like the opponent has like a fraction of a second edge over me in reaction time in the game. I'm not in a bad mood when this happens. I don't queue up expecting to lose....but when I start to play...just...every move is a second too late. Ping same as always.

Anyone else experience this?
