This is broken.
Why should Fiora be allowed to have tanky items with like 2 AD items and still get this ridiculous scaling? Yes, I know that it's 4x her passive. That's literally the reason I'm complaining. Its 4x her passive. One last time: it's FOUR TIMES her passive
It's not four times her passive. It's her passive that you have to proc four times at four different angles. This is a problem with League in itself, by the way: heroes building tank with a few AD or AP items and succeeding.
Your best bet is to retreat and kite Fiora until her ultimate ends. Then you can continue fighting her. She's a duelist, and she's going to win a duel in most scenarios, especially a skilled Fiora.
I'm glad it has some counterplay though
Then don't let her hit all 4 sides. 2-3 AD items is a lot, especially the expensive ones she buys.
It's only ~48% with 3 AD items, BC, Rav, and BT, specifically. 12% each vital.
Also, do you know how long it takes Fiora to proc all four vitals? Any assassin or duelist is gonna do the same % damage to you in that time, if you're not super tanky. And a tank shred build will do a lot as well, maybe not quite as much as someone who's designed to be able to take on tanks in 1v1's with ease, but a lot.
