It's not he's overpowered (because he currently isn't) but he's just a pain in the ass.
He could be trash but have a team built around him so he isn't. Not to mention you can't buy tenacity for knock ups.
Overall though, it's just because skilled yasuos are a huge pain.
Bad ones are rather easy to deal with.
