Luden's Echo can proc waaaaay too many effects

When I dodge an ability in lane, I expect to be rewarded for dodging it, AKA to take no damage from it. So why, when Orianna ,Velkoz ,Xerath or whatever hits a minion next to me instead of myself do I get several "on ability-hit" effects on me just because of a simple Luden's bubble who hits me? Several keystones along with some rune effects can be procced by item 3285 , and if late enought in the game, things like item 3151 and item 3165 can also hit too, even both at the same time, and this, even if you dodged the main spell. Why bother dodging if half your health is gone either way?

This is just the same situation that happened with Zoe 's E immediatly after release. If she used it and missed, she'd still hit you. Of course, this is still the case, but it got several nerfs to it, like the speed at which the trap deployed or its bugged ranged. So why is item 3285 getting away with being able to proc 2 to 5+ effects at the same time, while being nearly undodgeable whenever you are close enought to whatever it hits beside you?

You could always not position yourself near minions. You're completely aware of how the item works so play accordingly.
