Meanwhile, get 0 compensation buffs for the removal, and got shotty excuses of buffs than ended up being hard breaking nerfs.

At least, Repertoir buffed our Garen, so he can compensate for the DFG removal by ulting the Villain for TRUE DAMAGEZ

Seriously, it does seem like Riot favors a few champions. They're aloud to remain super strong throughout so many patches. There's not really a reason for it either when everyone else bounces around the tiers depending on the patch. G&B is a hard place to discuss champions like her though. To be fair some of them on your list like Annie and Diana are all doing very well. Annie specifically is another mage who consistently stays top tier.

I didn't mean that they needed buffs, but just to show you that if these champions can do well without DFG, Ahri could perfectly do well without it too as she wasn't an exception at all, but let's say the fucking Ahri mains saw this opportunity and started to cry for unnecessary buffs, leading to the 57% winrate Ahri who got love-taps and became a 54% winrate with 20% pickrate Ahri.

Agreed. Ahri got overbuffed and she probably didn't need any at all. Riot was planning to buff more DFG champions in the next patches but after seeing Ahri skyrocket in winrate like that and the others didn't really drop in winrate without DFG, they decided not to. What is sad is that Ahri has been left as the incomparably strongest midlaner for so long. She does everything traditional mages while doing everything assassins do and also has a self heal on top of that. She needs trade-offs. A weakness. Atm, she has none. Even if her ult is on CD, she's ungankable with her Q (and E). I would say that Q needs to hit an enemy champion before it gives MS bonus. That would mean she atleast has to aim to get rewarded.
