He's been the highest winrate jungler in Plat+ for almost the entire season (from 6.3) according to champion.gg. Not sure if you call the top 7% "noobs" but he sure is successful outside of bronze.

I didn't realize that. I just said that because he never gets picked in LCS. Typically champs that get picked or banned frequently in LCS get nerfed.

That's fine. There's a significant gap between LCS and Solo players (majority of Dynamic queue isn't 5 man, let alone coordinated well). Teamwork can shut Voli out of mid and late fights due to his weakness to CC and that's why pros avoided him for the most part and chose Olaf, who does less damage but is less kiteable.

Because jungles are for the most part trash and voli is one of the last remaining tank characters.

This game is becoming puss ridden. I can't believe voli is getting nerfed

Over 50% of the viable junglers in the game have a 50%+ winrate. Jungle isn't a weak role by any means and Volibear HAS been at 56-54% winrate for quire a while. What's your point?
