Can we stop stomping lucian into the ground every time he see's play?

lucian is one of two champs that have gotten crazy amounts of changes to their kits in the past 2 years. the other champ is kassadin, it is just me or every time lucian comes into power/play he gets something completely removed/ or heavily nerfed. hes a close range caster with no enough damage to be "up in your face" champ riot changed him to be. remember when riot removed the attack speed scaling on his ult to people can buy tri force on him again? i have never seen anyone build triforce on him since that patch what a joke, meanwhile jhin gets joke nerfs

Since season 3 this is what I've noticed. Champs that have been in the meta long term get minor buffs/nerfs. Champs that spring into meta suddenly are met with massive nerf hammer into uselessness. Hence the meta has changed in pace and team comp but many of the champs I saw in season 3 are still as popular now as they were then.

the as scaling on his ult was compensated by higher base damage

which broke lucian (or maybe not) making riot nerfing his ulti damage in the next patch

He's just too well rounded is the issue. Most ADCs have some sort of power curve.

Lucian is strong all game. He has good burst damage, good sustained damage, and good mobility. There isn't really a downside to him.
