Dorans shield revert / buff - as defensive stats are much less accessible with runes reforged

Could get it's 5 armor back (and perhaps 5 magic resist) to help deal with respective damage types for defensive champions? The new runes does not seem to provide anywhere near as much defense as the old ones, and that will make certain champions struggle a lot against several matchups they might have been able to handle through clever rune page preparation.
