What were they smoking when they designed Dark Harvest?

An infinitely-scaling Sheen-like that scales on AP, AD and number of units killed. Aka. you kill more units to get better at killing champions, making snowballing even worse. My last game, whatever was to be said about Orianna going 0/6, had an Ezreal midlane with Dark Harvest. At Lv8, when ahead 3-5 kills, guess how much his Q did to me after he bought Shiv (another broken item which stacks so well with Dark Harvest, thanks Riot) and a few Lethality items? 20%? 30%? 50%? Try 87% of my health... with one Q on a 3s CD.

Why? Any champions that abuse it ShacoKayn are labeled problematic... so uh... why make them even worse?

Dark Harvest is problematic because of how feast or famine it is. When you're behind with it, it's essentially useless because you can't get many stacks and they don't last very long. However when you're ahead it snowballs so hard and you can sit on stacks for 5 minutes.

They were smoking some good shit because it's really fun and you should use it too.

Dark Harvest is literally the weakest Rune in the game Btw both Shaco and Kayn are better with Electrocute rather than Dark Harvest

Not really. It's a personal choice. Many people talk about the numbers on them, and yes for the most part electrocute does more damage in one instance, but not everyone thinks about DH's ability to proc multiple times in a teamfight. Also you're bronze 4 in EUW LUL

so... what is your point? you do agree with me infact and then you tell me that i am bronze in euw? isnt euw the most competetive server?

euw stats http://prntscr.com/inl1ru

na stats http://prntscr.com/inl2b0

hmm euw is much better at gathering gold and last hitting than na player

https://www.unrankedsmurfs.com/blog/how-many-lol-players-are-on-each-server

hmm euw haves a higher player percent more than 2 times higher then na percent of players
