I got an A+ if you were wondering due to my CS.

Commenter: "What's this supposed to prove"
OP: "offmeta picks are viable when played into the write hands"
my dude, this game was in Bronze 4, literally anything can work if you aren't a peeled potato. Do this when you're plat+ and you might have grounds to make this loose claim off 1 lucky game
Do you honestly believe 4.6 cs per minute is good enough for a A+ score?
Yes. Because it happened and scores are percentile based on the specific champion.
I also meant it was the reason why I did not get an S. My CS was too low.
You don't really know what happens in the underlying algorithms, that cs and that grade could have nothing to do with each other.
Everybody keeps telling themselves, oh if only I got better cs I'll get a better grade, its bullshit.
Mastery score isn't linked with cs or kda, that's why weird shit happens where people with really poor kda and cs can lose a game but still get a S.
EDIT: I looked him up, he had kda of 1/9/3, he had 3.7 cs per minute, the game was lost, and he still got a S-. Would you care to explain that? By your logic he should have ended up with an even lower grade then you because his cs was even lower then yours.
By him, who do you mean?
Nobody said mastery score was linked to it.
We don't know the algorithms but it is known that your grade during the match is based on other players' performance. You're compared to that range and depending on where you lie within the deviations - that's your score. High outliers will get an S+.
If a champion isn't played as much, it'd be easier to get an S. And why are we arguing about this again? We already know people have rained this parade and feel that this is "one lucky game". So let's leave me as the villain.
Yeah sorry for the vague "him", he's just a guy who had one of those weird games where you get a unexpected S rank.
I'm not trying to rain on your parade, your not the villain. I don't care about your game. I only care about your belief that cs is linked to master grade/score. You said it yourself, you are convinced that you didn't get a higher grade because your cs wasn't high enough, that means you belief that cs and mastery score are linked.
I'm just hoping to convince you otherwise, with an example. Or if not you, then the people that read these posts.
What's this supposed to prove?
Offmeta picks are viable when played in the right hands.
Or in the right elo.
Not to be rude, but I could play on-hit Malphite in B4 and still do well.

nah
Teemo is behind in this meta... like it or not.
Good thing I main a champion that counters Teemo.
Yh nerf teemo now because one guy had a lucky game.
