What's going through your head when someone picks fizz? (No random hate please!)

I'm curious what you guys (which could be on my team or the enemy team at some point) think when a player picks fizz. If your teammate or enemy picks Fizz, do you get happy, annoyed or not really care? I play Fizz a lot and have wondered what people think when I play him.

I'm not looking for random hate comments.

I feel like when I pick fizz in champ select, the enemy team already goes full tilt mode just seeing me, while my team thinks I'm first timing Fizz (unless they look at my profile). Might be just me, but that's the thought I get every ranked game haha.
