MAKE OHMWRECKER ALSO GET OLD FORTIFY SUMMONER

Ohmwrecker is useless. But with our new paper turrets there is potential for improvement! What I suggest is when Ohmwrecker is used by an ally turret, the turret will gain immunity to damage and fire at an increased rate/damage. Note: this is an ability appended to the current ability, using its current disable if near an enemy turret and fortify if near an allied turret. Bam. Useful. Stops turret dives. Or helps anyways.

The only problem with this is if i is actually worth buying, it would become obligatory buy i feel.

I never buy Ohmwrecker: It is a tool for taking down enemy turrets, BUT Its price places it's potential purchase after many turrets are already down
