1 thing about the Taric Rework

I love it, do not get me wrong. I feel that the Taric rework is about as perfect as you can get but I am not a fan of ultimates that do not add anything per rank except a reduced CD. I understand that the ultimate is powerful but having only a reduced cooldown is not a great motivator for extra ranks in an ultimate. What is to keep people from just putting one rank into it and putting more ranks into his other abilities (which are all amazing) and get more utility from those basic skills? In addition a 140/115/90 CD is really high but a good Taric player will just spam a few abilities to trigger passive on minions/jungle camps making it not a big problem to have for every teamfight (doubly so once he gets some CDR). I for one will probably only put one point into this ability. I would like to see some more self-tankiness from Taric and I think this could be a good place for it. Or at least something.
