stop balancing around pro-play

the only ones who cares about pro-play balance is the people who play it. u can't just shit on 99.9% of the players cause something is broken in the best 0.01%.

Explain yas and lee buffs then, buffs so massive it effects low elo aswell and clearly made with lcs in mind after yas got fucked up by a wukong.

Most of the changes for pro play also help high elo as well as the large number of people who enjoy watching lcs. The only changes aimed at pro play which don't apply to solo queue are changes like ryze and azir which are more than a fair tradeoff. The rest of the issues experienced were changes that riot aimed at casual play and missed the mark on.

galio and much more, when something is strong in proplay but meh in normal. i don't see the rason as to why riot nerfs it. let's point out that the nerfes acually come AFTER the tournament so it made 0 sense
