Please Riot Look at This.

Recently, whenever I am playing, I am getting the unlucky side and am always getting stuck with teams with an afk player. Some of the games are still winnable, but if it happens mid-late game, its pretty much an instant loss. Whether or not I am just being selfish, say what you want, but here is something that I think that you guys can do to help fix the balance of the game

Introduce a leaver system in the game that if a player leaves, the team with the leaver gets a small buff to help make up for the loss of the player, whether it be a 10% increase damage or whatever it may be, Just something to help balance out the teams if someone leaves the game, and if they come back, then the bonus is removed.

It makes no sense that if someone is trolling your by leaving, or is rage quitting, that the enemy team can group up middle and win it. There should be some sort of ingame buff or debuff to make up for it.
