Why I think ADCs are using lethality

Just before i start, i just want to address that this is my opinion from my personal experiences. Anyways, I think ADCs use it instead of their builds for a couple reasons.

1. Its easier to scare off the enemy before they can kill you, or just killing them before they kill you than to just get chased and eventually die.
2. This may just be me, but ADCs dont feel like ADCs? Like they dont do a lot of AD is some, if not most cases, and they dont really seem to carry because of the early ganks, which sets them back A LOT. so being able to scare off the jungler and others with immense damage is an ok way to survive a bit better
3. You just feel more useful. Usually ADCs feel like they dont impact the game all that much, but lethality seems to relieve that in a sense.
4. Not being a pushover as much in the laning phase (which yeah theyre pretty much supposed to be)
5. Youre not as reliant on teammates(depending on the situation.) For example, sometimes when Warwick attacks me im able to beat him down enough to at least the point where he runs away.
6. (This is for Cait) Your ultimate actually does a fair amount of damage late game (which im pretty sure its not supposed to lol, it also depends on the champion to the point where you can nuke their health bar, which yet again shouldnt happen xD)
7. Youre not as useless when it comes to tanks.
8. The original build just feels weak compared to lethality (Which im sure Riot is trying to deal with).

So those are some reasons why I personally think ADCs are flocking to lethality. I do admit im one of the cancerous people that use it. Im not saying lethality on Marksmen/ADCs ISNT broken, because it pretty much is. So maybe this will bring more understanding to the topic?
