When is RIOT going to nerf the REAL problem?

Ever since the 4.21 changes to Sejuani, she has alwasy been a great jungle pick. Never OP... but just a great (and reliable) pick. However, it wasn't until the addition of Cinderhulk that her popularity skyrocketed. Oh... and so did a plethora of other tank junglers into the supposed "OP" status. Now, RIOT is slowly nerfing every single one of them without realizing the real problem... CINDERHULK.

It doesn’t take a Challenger Tier player to realize that item is WAY too good for pretty much… everyone. Before it’s addition, we never saw top lane challenger smite comps… and I am pretty sure everyone would agree trying to kill a Dr. Mundo with Cinderhulk isn’t what I would like to call fun. Yes, yes I know a lot of junglers need that item to be viable and it did help to diversify the meta (well change into League of Tanks) why doesn’t Riot just BUFF champions who needed buffs, instead of just requiring an item for them to be useful?

Now we are on the downward spiral of the mess Cinderhulk has caused. RIOT will just constantly nerf jungler after jungler (Gragas and Nunu WILL be next) and each time the community will find the next hidden OP champ thanks to Cinderhulk. Until, oh you know, Cinderhulk is finally nerfed (HP scaling will be significantly nerfed or removed entirely replaced with some flat HP bonus) and those junglers who were fine before Cinderhulk will now be even in a worse state.

I thought the point of Cinderhulk was to help junglers with poor early game clearing… you know… to clear faster? Well buy the time they buy it most of them can already clear relatively faster because of gaining a few points in key skills. It just seems counterintuitive. Riot… for god’s sake please figure out a better solution before we continue down this slippery slope.
