Question About Ping

So in the next few weeks (which hopefully means never) Riot plans to change the servers to a more optimal (lol not really) location for everyone. My glorious ping of 13 is probably gonna be closer to 52 and I was wondering how big of a change that's gonna feel like. Now I should mention I have NEVER had to play the game at anything higher then 20-30 so this (TO ME THAT IS) feels like a huge increase. Anyone with any experience playing with around 50-60 ping consistently?

Oh and f*** you RITO. Forgot to mention that. West coast best coast. Did I cover all my bases for the appropriate levels of salt?

Well for me, lag is essential non-existent until it reaches the mid 60s. I don't use a wire and my connection is usually at 39-43 ping. I think you'll be fine

You won't really notice a change. I live a bit further from Chicago than most people, and my ping is already like 40-55.

I'm a little worried now that they're moving.

I mean I totally feel bad for the people that it's REALLY going up for but I think RITO will figure out a way that it's not horrid for everyone. But won't lie, a little salty about these changes. Coming from an MMO background I wouldn't mind for multiple servers.

Are you guys REALLY fucking complaining about 40 fking ping? My ping is going from 50 to 120 after the servers move, so all of you just stfu. 40 Ping is literally NOTHING compared to 120-140. I live on the west coast as well, stfu and be grateful for your low ping, your ping will probably be around 60-70 after the move
