Why was Vayne buffed?

I don't know how much impact that E buff will actually have, but why was that even considered and applied in this patch? The last thing anyone wants is to have a fed Vayne tumbling around the map again.

Not much really, she still can't compate with adcs that offer wave clear like Jinx, Sivir, Xayah or adcs that are safer with good scaling like Ez.

Not if you weren't already banning her. Although completely unnecessary, the buff was rather insignificant.
