Why do people not ever buy this? Not even with full build. I upgrade my trinket every game if I get the chance.
One thing that might help is putting the upgraded trinket it the recommended section.

SaltyKracka1 votesDouble PSA: If you're the ADC, don't go buying yellow or red trinket. Go for blue. If you're the jungler or the support, go for Red. Toplane splitpushers should get yellow. Mid laners have their pick.
