The problem with jarvan wall is that mobility champions (even Vayne ) can get out way too easily, so this wouldn't do anything except fuck over immobile champs even harder.

Yes I understand what he means, but what I'm saying is that high mobility champs are just going to dash out of the wall and regain their vision, which solves none of JarvanIV 's problems with his kit and just makes it so that champs with little to no mobility are screwed over harder by his ulti than they were before.
