Warmogs Change in the context of supports

While the new item 3083 is supportive of champions who stack health it is now in a state of being completely gutted to supports. 3,000 health is something seldom achieved on both a supports budget, and a supports itemization path. Here let some math do the talking.

Soraka lvl 12 health: 1297 ........................ lvl 18 health: 1855. At level 12 for soraka to benefit from item 3083 regen it takes 900 health to activate. That would require item 3083 upgraded sightstone plus a whole other health item to have it be active by midgame. At level 18 an upgraded Sightstone plus item 3083 can activates its health regen, but level 18 is too late for an item thats core to Soraka as a champion since she has THE of the lowest health regen in the entire game.

Janna lvl 12 health: 1255 ........................ lvl 18 health: 1813 Janna as a support has no sustain aside from her ult. item 3083 eased this burden by being one of the only items in the game that provided health regen that didn't scale off of base health regen. By having a 3% of max health heal in between skirmishes she was able to stay healthy, where natural tanks had regen or AD champions had life-steal. This was a necessity for a champion who had to be fairly close and personal in combat to be effective.

Lulu lvl 12 health: 1360 ..................... lvl 18 health: 1947 See Janna above. Has no sustain, has no sustain options with new item 3083

Morgana lvl 12 health: 1394 .................... lvl 18 health: 2009 While not as heavily impacted due to having the benefit of spell vamp. Morgana is still an up close and personal champion if she wants to use her ult, and with the recent nerfs across the board to defensive itemization, she is basically funneled into Zhonyas.

Nami lvl 12 health: 1218 ................... lvl 18 health: 1747 Generally a chalice centric healer, item 3083 was a great itemization tool that allowed Nami to use her heal on allies instead of herself, and help with the mana burden of the expense her W carried.

Zilean lvl 12 health: 1198 ................... lvl 18 health: 1706 Lowest health out of all the listed champions, on the list of the 5 lowest base health regen on champions in the game, and built with no sustain in his kit.

Before health regen was designed as a percentile base amplification it was a useful stat on just about any champion, when that was removed the only thing left in the game that gave sustain that didn't scale off of base health regen was item 3083. Without item 3083, there is not a single item for champions with low base health regen.

Rengar Riven Gnar Soraka All have only 11 health regen per 5 at level 18. The Average health regen item gives 100% of base so that's 22 health regen per 5 at level 18 which is still next to nothing.

There needs to be a sustain item to help champions with low sustain survive the perils of combat. If you insist on making item 3083 useless aside from dedicated tanks, then put item 3084 into summoners rift so then supports could at least get a health payout for forcing an engage or participating in combat.

Just my personal opinion, but I didn't think non-tank supports built Warmog's.
