Allow us to turn off chat/mute all automatically, add pre-made messages

Now, now, hear me out before you go saying "But we need communication!" "Muting is for wimps!" or "We have pings!" When I first started League, my mom had a bit of a problem with the community. She let it pass but I was still pretty young, and I assume every parent would have a problem with the community. The cursing, the inappropriate talk, heck, just how rude people are.

Then I saw this thread.

This kid, though only playing bots, is never allowed to chat, probably has to mute them every game. Now pings are good and all, but they can't say something like "Ward Dragon" or "Ward Baron"(or Blue, Red, River, etc.) or anything. You also can't applaud your fellow teammates, or even enemies, by saying "Good job!" or whatever.

This would also be perfect for people who hate toxic teams. Anyone getting toxic? Just turn off chat and only see premade messages so that you can't be harassed yet still communicate without random "Assist me!" "Be careful!" etc. that can't really convey a message well.
