Rengar is actually pretty weak in the current meta... There are much better junglers and he's loses to pretty much every top nowadays

But then again you can play anything in low elo and win so idk

Not really sure how instantly blowing up a squishy with nothing but a last whisper and brutalizer is considered weak in any meta by any means. And rengar is played consistently throughout all elo's and does the same thing. I watch challenger streams and see rengar instantly killing someone. So now, its just low elo's.

Watch bjergsen or any other lcs streamer (from any region) and you will see rengars. Plenty of them.
