Is that Graves Nerf too much?

Hes a melee adc bruiser.. thing you made and now your cutting his defense steroid almost in half that take a bit of time to stack up. Hes gonna feel so much worse to use in top lane now maybe he will still be a good jungler but i think that nerf makes him unusable as an actual bruiser adc. You can revert the rework like kog please I think I would prefer that.

Addition I am not saying he did not need a Nerf to his e I am saying that cutting it in half is a bit too much imo.
