1st Dragon buff again supports the "Burst to Win" technique, and it really makes the game less enjoyable. Why not make it, so that the 1st buff would give 10% of Base HP bonus instead?

It would support longer skirmishes and teamfights, and yet wouldn't make tanks OP, since it would scale from base health only. Thoughts?

I suggest switching Dragon 2 and Dragon 1 effects Dragon 1 increases damage to minions Dragon 2 increases overall damage

Currently, Getting an early dragon is a very nice little boost for everyone in the team that can really snowball

Maybe dragon just feels so powerfull now because it can be a bit of a chance who gets it, people are not used to contesting it, or trading for example a tower takedown.

Serioulsy in the games I played recently , when I don't jungle no one bothers with Dragon before 20 minutes. That's normal games but Im often matched with silver and gold players.

I'm not sure if defense v. offense would be better, but your idea is certainly better for two reasons:

  1. 8% AD/8% AP is the equivalent of 5 tier 4 mastery points (Warlord/Archmage) - giving your opponents' team 20 mastery points. Your idea would be about 4 tier 3 mastery points (Juggernaut)

  2. A select group of champions (hybrids or champs like Teemo/Kog that use AAs+ spell damage) benefit from both sides of the buff, giving them 10 extra mastery points instead of 5. Your idea would make the bonus more equal among all champions (although it would help health-building champs more).

Oh, the above understates the power of the first buff. Warlord only boosts bonus AD, dragon boosts total AD, so it is still useful for mage's that don't get any AD. Honestly, I think I'd like to see a flat AD/AP bonus that scales with champion level.
