Ryze nerfs overshot by 12 miles once again

Seriously, riot. You just had to tone him down a tiny little bit. His winrate in plat+ was 51% at toplane and 49% at midlane. Granted he was a bit too strong early at top, but nerfing 3 abilities at once?

He's currently at 42% winrate toplane and 36% midlane. How long will this yo-yo between slightly OP and incredibly underpowered last?
