Let's Talk Riven

A few things to talk about here dealing with Riven. Well to start it off yes Riven feels very balanced right now and i know she is a difficult champ to learn, but she just feels like she does't compare to a lot of carry top laners that you think of right now and imho i believe that she could use some help. NOT HUGE HELP CUZ THEN ANYONE COULD PLAY HER HELP BUTTTTTT some help to help out her strengths after all her winrate is only a 46%ish, shes supposed to be a all around good top laner with the best of a lot of worlds, lane bully, great mid game, and a good late game. Champs like Fiora, Panth, Graves, Irelia, AKALI, just beat her insanely at one of her strengths or even all of them. She struggles with tanks, Fiora 1v1's anyone after titanic and or cleaver, Panth punishes many more tops than riven and can get tanky same with Fiora but riven can't. Don't get me wrong though i love riven and have finally found a build that lets me snowball in the right ways, and im not even that low of an ELO atm im Plat 5 and climbing(started silver 5 this season). Not sure what buffs or tweaks she could use to make her a better top but imo there needs to be a little help at the very least just help her laning phase as many and i mean many champs if their at least half decent at the game can punish her early. Tell me Riven doesn't even have a kit that compares to the toxicity of someones like Fiora's where i build 2 damage items and mostly tank and end up with 10 k true damage at the game and i would know i have 110k points with Fiora, but i think you guys get the point i just want the rewards for outplaying my opponents in lane like i used to be able to get.
