They probably recoded his Q effect from a spell effect to an..... on hit effect..?

Fizz's poison dot is coded as a spell effect and thus triggers rylias and can proc ludens. But Teemo's poison never was coded as a spell effect because they probably don't want his poison to perma rylias. Then there are... spellblades...? like... Jax's W...? And Shen's Q might've been recoded to that or on hit when they did a probably recent pass on things I might've heard.
