Remember when a bot lane clown fiesta was worth mentioning?

Nowadays I fully expect 4-5 of each team determining the fate of which adc wins bot.

ADC get 3 mins before the non-stop ganks and counter ganks take over.

Arrive to lane around 2 min in, and the clown fiesta starts 2-3 min later, it's too much

I'd like riot to do something to give adc more time to lane without such heavy external influence
