Easy fix without hurting the champion, Karthus without his R is already a hard champion to master. Hitting Q on a high mobility meta good luck. Just fix DH and that should fix him.

bluefire mark 21 votesBetter idea: revert dark harvest but give it a bit of nerfed damage from what it used to be. That way you can't use DH on literally any champion.
boricCentaur11 votesDH is fine kayn is not causing problems while taking DH and it is like that for all of the champions that take the rune but Karthus meaning it is the champion not the rune that should be hit like saying that DH is the reason he is good is like saying press the attack is the reason lucian is good it is a stupid reason to change a rune based off one on champion.
