would just disappear. Or at least not apply to ranged champions. Because you make champs like Kai'sa and Vayne that have skills balanced around an "X auto attack proc" and you basically half it you're essentially doubling the effectiveness of said skill or passive.
Yes I'm angry, yes I'm salty because everytime these champs build this item they get super fed or become absolute monsters.
