Runaan's Vs Shiv
Currently, I feel Runaan's kind of fills Shiv's niche and then more.
I originally remember that the purpose of Shiv was as a wave clear option, but with champions like 
,
, I don't see them building Shiv anymore. Runaan's multi-hit autos seem to be enough wave clear for the team.
In fact, the other options for Shiv seem much stronger then it.
and
seem to go 
after their Armor Pen to make up for the lack of range on their autos.
and 
almost always go 
for the Damage Reduction.
The only champion who does a Shiv rush seems to be 
.
