yeah if he'd lose that it'd be wonderful. I played a sion game where I was a 5k hp monster. He shredded me in 2 secs because he dealt 3k true damage as a combination of 1800 from wuju style and 1200 from conqueror, its really goddamn annoying

First of all, Fiora has been meta top since forever so it's not like she is uncommon. Second, all these sources counter him too much and attack speed slows are cancer in general, as they counter attack based champions too hard and are near useless against anyone who isn't AA reliant. It would be better to just remove attack speed slow in general and replace it with more armor or something of the sort. Randuins is like, the main reason Crit Yi does not exist as a competitor to rageblade Yi.
If they are going to nerf Yi, which they really should because as you pointed out "Yes, the new Rune and Guinsoo's rework have brought him back into popularity." he's actually broken and a viable pick in all ranks and metas now. They really should look into that Attack Speed invun because that's pretty broken ngl.
Yi isn't top tier and isn't broken so why should anyone actually care?

I think that cripples should affect Yi while he's in Highlander, but at a reduced intensiyi.
