Conqueror and Sunfire, Tiamat, etc?

I couldn't find this after searching for a bit.

Do items benefit from the 20% true damage? Will Tiamat, Sunfire, Dead mans, even Ludens, deal 20% damage as true with the new Conqueror rune?

Because I could easily see it being worthwhile on tankier champs that build damage through items, not stats.

If I go AD tank top with Sunfire and Titanic Hydra, a decent chunk of my damage is going to come from those two items. If 20% true damage applies to those, then it could be great peeling tankier comps. Otherwise, what, AD tanks like Sion are stuck using Comet to round out their damage?

Dead mans isn't the best example anyway, it doesn't really do damage, it is mainly used for the slow and ms.

Another interesting question, does Conqueror turn BotRK and Bloodrazor into 20% true damage? That could be a lot of extra damage against tanks.
