Weird third party bots in bot games

Anyone else seeing weird third party bots in intermediate bot games? They are always weird junglers who never talk, never leave jungle, fountain sit for large chunks of time and often die in jungle multiple times.

The game I just played had jungle Taliyah and jungle Jinx. Their combined 3 deaths came from jungle camps. I went jungle WW because I asked them multiple times if they were actually jungling and they never said a word. They also had zero damage to other champions.

edit This isn't the first bot game I've seen this either. The one prior had a jungle Ahri. She also went comet, started machete, got an early cloth and recurve bow and had the same silent, jungle-only behavior.
