Weird third party bots in bot games

Anyone else seeing weird third party bots in intermediate bot games? They are always weird junglers who never talk, never leave jungle, fountain sit for large chunks of time and often die in jungle multiple times.

The game I just played had jungle Taliyah and jungle Jinx. Their combined 3 deaths came from jungle camps. I went jungle WW because I asked them multiple times if they were actually jungling and they never said a word. They also had zero damage to other champions.

(Not really sure which section of the forum this belongs)

edit This isn't the first bot game I've seen this either. The one prior had a jungle Ahri. She also went comet, started machete, got an early cloth and recurve bow and had the same silent, jungle-only behavior.

This has been going on for a long while, doubt riot ban the accounts till a real person plays on it.

It can't have been going on for more than a year... I was playing bot games to level to 30 back in season 7.

Honestly, I wouldn't even mind, since it is only a bot game, if the bots weren't so terribly written.

Maybe it got worse since there is levels beyond 30 now.

I know i seen bots in low level arams and dominion (when that used to be on the servers) before they came over to bot games.

I've seen players i am 90% sure are bots in bot games and in aram. They follow the exact same path and do the same shit over and over. Usually their match history shows the same champs, same item build, same everything, for what looks like hours of games on end.
